Refund Policy with Turnaround Time

Refund requests must be submitted within 2 working days of submitting the nomination form.

Refund Process

Once the request is received, we will inspect and notify you of the status within 48 hrs.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of submission.

After this period, the order is processed, and cancellation will not be possible.

We reserve the right to cancel any submission due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. fraudulent transactions).

Tracking

Once you submitted all the supporting documents, we will share the confirmation email.
